Job Description – Financial Advisor Fast-growing Wealth Manager with over +$2.5b under management is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Financial Advisor with substantial client service, investment sales, and financial planning experience. JOB SUMMARY We are a growing firm headquartered in Los Angeles with a national footprint looking to fill several financial advisor positions to support and expand our business.As a Financial Advisor, you must have excellent presentation skills, a mastery of financial planning, including, but not limited to, tax and estate planning and asset management, and have superlative consultative selling techniques.Above all, you are dedicated to developing best-in-class client service.We will support your entrepreneurship and facilitate your growth to be an independent and actively managed book of clients.



  • Track record of excellence in obtaining, serving, and retaining clients
  • Substantial experience in wealth management allocation strategies, including alternative investments across all industries and sectors

  • Provide a high level of individualized, comprehensive services and investment strategies to clients
  • Coordinate with executive team to develop and meet strategic sales goals
  • Deliver presentations and create proposals to prospective clients
  • Develop and implement proactive campaigns to identify and prospect future clients
  • Market financial planning, investment strategy and products to prospective clients
  • Build brand awareness and market services
  • Convert prospects to clients in across geographic areas and forums, including custodian branch offices
  • Maintain high level of financial and industry knowledge
  • Build a referral network and network with referral sources
  • Coordinate with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to meet clients’ financial goals
  • Travel
  • Service clients, oversee portfolio management and client retention




  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in a high growth and dynamic sales environment with results showing success in achieving progressively higher sales related goals
  • Experience in wealth management, financial advisory or other financial services preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team to achieve shared goals
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively and drive results
