The expansion of a Tech GIANT has created an opening for a Human Resources Generalist with strong experience in payroll, recruitment & training, and onboarding/offboarding. The HR Generalist will interact with the executive management team as well as the Sr. HR Manager to facilitate company growth and impact business strategies.

 

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Lead new hire onboarding and termination processes that ensures an on-brand experience
  • Maintain employee files and record-keeping, auditing regularly for flawless execution
  • Lead investigations and all follow-up, to ensure timely and proper Issue remediations
  • Handle compliance, LOA EEOC, state department, OSHA and other responses and mediations in collaboration with outside counsel and field partners, including supporting documentation and support for complaints and arbitration/litigation inquiries
  • Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Build scalable HR processes and supporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows to make HR processes easier
  • Create and maintain HR policies to support the business and meet legal requirements
  • Maintain HR policy handbook that provides clarity
  • Document current practices and create training programs to ensure all managers understand expectations

 

HR Generalist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in a human resources generalist role
  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment including strong knowledge of the onboarding process
  • Working knowledge of ADP, Zuman, or other payroll/ATS systems
  • Deep understanding of compliance and controls used to mitigate risk
  • Experience building partnerships and negotiating contracts with vendors
