We are looking for an in-house recruiter for our client, which is a rapdily growing Pre-IPO Start up in Santa Monica. We are always hiring for our sales team and want you to help. - Ability to drive conversation with junior and senior talent.
- Understand how our company works and quickly ascertain organization structure.
- Ability to ask hard questions, reset searches, and approach recruiting with optimism.
- Take recruiting seriously and take pride in your job.
- Manage our talent brand and public presence as an employer: job sites, job board posts, etc.
- Go to physical career fairs, meetups, and other events.
- Be the primary point of contact for all candidates from first email to close.
- Organize and schedule interviews and travel.
- Build a culture of recruiting excellence.
- Run a tight, organized interview process that impresses candidates and positions our company in the best possible light.
- Reach out to passive candidates directly.
- Work with our existing team to generate more employee referrals
- Use job search 2.0 services like Hired.com, SmartHires and InterviewStreet.
- Do initial screens for every candidate.
