The expansion of a Private Equity Firm has created an opening for an Executive Assistant (EA) in their El Segundo office. The EA will provide dedicated support to the Co-Owners.
The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in executive support coupled with a keen ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities.
THIS ONSITE POSITION IN EL SEGUNDO, CA OFFERS A BASE SALARY OF UP TO $80K.
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book and coordinate corporate and personal travel arrangements including hotel, car, and air.
- Prepare detailed itineraries that include reservation information, directions to meetings, etc.
- Prepare expense reports ensuring expenses are submitted timely and accurately.
- Manage multiple calendars and provide logistical support for meetings.
- Ensure legal documents are signed according to instructions and by specified deadline.
- Print documents and presentation materials
- Provide phone and email support.
- Complete personal/business tasks and projects as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of previous administrative assistant experience in a regulated environment
- Proficient in MS Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous travel coordination and expense reporting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must have a professional demeanor
- Demonstrates strong judgment and discretion regarding sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Notary a plus
