Local Investment firm has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. This is a hybrid position.
The ideal Admin will have experience in operational support, extraordinary attention to detail and a keen ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities.
- Provide backup receptionists support including sitting at receptionist desk, ordering supplies, stocking supplies, maintenance issues, filing and organizing
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
Compose and prepare correspondence and presentations
- Arrange complex and detailed travel including international travel, itineraries, and agendas
- Complete personal/business tasks and projects as assigned
- 3+ years’ experience providing administrative support within a professional services environment (financial, legal, banking, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous travel coordination and expense reporting experience
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range is 60-80k plus full benefits
