Controller
Rapidly growing professional services company in Irvine is hiring their Controller. The controller will be in a key leadership role within the organization, reporting to the owner and COO. this role will be responsible for facilitating the overall accounting activities for accurate month end close and reporting.
Location: Irvine
What You Will Do:
- Ensure maintenance of accurate and complete financial records, in compliance US GAAP
- Oversee all accounting activities for month end close, cash forecast
- Meet corporate financial reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Coordinate the quarterly and year-end reviews with the auditors
- Lead, train and mentor accounting team
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA is a MUST
- Minimum of years of experience in accounting
