Our client is hiring a Sr. Account Executive to scale their impact. Their business has more than doubled in the past 12 months, and they are looking for an experienced sales leader who will help make a mark on their industry. They're looking for a professional self-starter, who is purpose-driven, excels without structure, is interested in increasing their autonomy, leveraging their creative problem-solving expertise, and is seeking an opportunity to truly maximize their personal impact in an environment that fully aligns with their values.

 

This person relishes the opportunity to support whatever is needed most in the sales process from list building to speaking at industry events. This candidate will quickly advance their career growth, developing unique leadership skills and executive-level relationship-building skills at as fast of a speed as they can. This person will be making a bet on themselves with significant influence on the scalable commercial strategy, marketing strategy, and selling activities. They are looking for someone with the ability to initiate new relationships with executive clients at enterprise organizations, build resilient partnerships, efficiently close business deals, and enable long-term relationship planning (including /seed planting for future growth). While the role will have you work primarily with mid-tier biotech and pharma organizations, this candidate can have experiences from other industries rather than life sciences as long as they have a track record of success selling to the enterprise B2B space.

 

What’s most important is that this candidate has a proven ability to navigate often limited client signals to comprehensively anticipate their needs and create win-win, $500k+ deals. This client is a younger, fast-growing company, and similar experiences selling complex solutions without a full playbook is a must.

 

Experience requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B selling experience
  • 2+ years of early startup selling experience
  • Advanced customer development and long-term relationship-building experience
  • Expert-level proposal development skills
  • A fit with company core values
  • Biotech/drug development knowledge is a plus
