Andrew Little (Founder & CEO)

As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of USC, Andrew has tremendous knowledge of the Los Angeles area and its unique market conditions and subtleties. With previous experience in both wealth management and corporate accounting, coupled with over 6 years of both temporary and Direct Hire staffing experience, Andrew’s background gives him unique technical knowledge and industry expertise. These experiences allow him to intimately understand the nuances and requirements of his client partners as well as the skill and knowledge of the candidates he helps to place. Andrew is an expert at understanding corporate structures and hiring strategies, identifying process improvements and presenting creative alternatives to meet client demands. His passion for helping others and forming long-lasting partnerships is what helps to separate him from others.

Ryan Gomes (Head Advisor – Accounting)

As a Native of Orange County and previous business owner himself, Ryan bring a unique perspective to recruitment and consulting. With over over 5 years of temporary and Direct Hire staffing experience, Ryan understands that a hire isn’t just about a skill-set, but rather to ensure that candidates and clients’ interests and long-term career goals are aligned. He has a genuine passion for helping both candidates and clients and has built out entire finance and accounting teams from the top down. Specializing in Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, and with a focus in the health care, private equity and consumer products industries,  Ryan is a trusted partner and expert advisor.

Ryan Manill (Executive Recruiter)

As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara’s Accounting Association, Ryan has deep roots in the Accounting and Finance sectors of the Los Angeles market. Prior to entering the staffing industry nearly 5 years ago, Ryan worked at a local CPA firm through multiple busy seasons, giving him a unique insight to the needs and functions of his clients’ needs. While Ryan has developed his recruiting expertise in Direct Hire Finance and Accounting, he has since expanded his specialization across the front office of many organizations, with a focus on sales, operations and administrative roles.  With his flexibility, and outgoing personality Ryan has become a trusted partner with clients across financial services, entertainment, and new-age technology and software companies.

Kathleen Hsu  (Executive Recruiter)

As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of University of Southern California with an Accounting degree, Kathleen uses her background in accounting to identify and recruit professionals.  Kathleen is an active CPA who continues to build connections within her accounting and finance networks.  Prior to entering the staffing industry, Kathleen worked as a forensic accountant specializing in family litigation matters.  Before that, she was an accounting and finance professional at a real estate firm. She started her career as an auditor at PwC. Kathleen’s outgoing personality and honesty has helped her to be a valuable resource for her candidates and clients and she hopes to continue that reputation for the years to come.

Chelsea Wilder  (Executive Recruiter – Engineering & Tech)

Born and raised in Orange County, Chelsea has 3 years of full desk recruiting experience specializing in the IT vertical. She is an expert at building top tier teams who work in the most cutting edge technology by increasing the quality of new hires, reducing average time-to-fill rates, and driving results for strategic business objectives. Prior to jumping into the staffing industry, Chelsea developed an established sales & marketing background as well as spent time working in the non-profit sector organizing e-Waste recycling events for organizations across California. Her dedication to helping people is something that translates into her professional life, setting a high standard to go the extra mile for her clients & candidates.
