Meet the Advisors

Andrew Little

Founder & CEO

As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of USC, Andrew has tremendous knowledge of the Los Angeles area and its unique market conditions and subtleties. With previous experience in both wealth management and corporate accounting, coupled with both temporary and Direct Hire staffing experience, Andrew’s background gives him unique technical knowledge and industry expertise. These experiences allow him to intimately understand the nuances and requirements of his client partners as well as the skill and knowledge of the candidates he helps to place. Andrew is an expert at understanding corporate structures and hiring strategies, identifying process improvements and presenting creative alternatives to meet client demands. His passion for helping others and forming long-lasting partnerships is what helps to separate him from others.

Rolla Weed

Managing Director

An Orange County native and a graduate from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Accounting.  

Rolla, an avid Rams fan, will stun you with her knowledge of football. Niners fans should proceed with caution. 

Rolla joined the staffing industry in 2007, and quickly developed her reputation as an outstanding recruiter for her tenacious and honest approach. She specializes in all aspects of Accounting & Finance and has earned numerous president club awards while managing and training other successful recruiters. Rolla’s depth of experience and long-term relationships in the SoCal market has yielded proven expertise, respect, and success. Rolla is an advocate for her candidates and will go beyond their resume and accomplishments to help them reach their full potential.  

On Sundays, you can find her at Sofi Stadium cheering for her team.

Ryan Manill

Executive Recruiter

As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara’s Accounting Association, Ryan has deep roots in the Accounting and Finance sectors of the Los Angeles market. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Ryan worked at a local CPA firm through multiple busy seasons, giving him a unique insight to the needs and functions of his clients’ needs. While Ryan has developed his recruiting expertise in Direct Hire Finance and Accounting, he has since expanded his specialization across the front office of many organizations, with a focus on sales, operations and administrative roles. With his flexibility, and outgoing personality Ryan has become a trusted partner with clients across financial services, entertainment, and new-age technology and software companies.

Aileen Requena

Executive Recruiter

As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of Cal State University, Los Angeles, Aileen has deep roots in the local Los Angeles Community. As an expert in Human Resources issues, Aileen is well versed in the unique challenges that are often found within corporations today. Her long tenure in the staffing & recruiting industry allows her to better leverage her experience understanding the clients’ needs well beyond the job description and what motivates, attracts and retains top candidates. Her bright and positive personality shines through and she has proven herself to be an excellent resource; just like having an extra recruiting team member on-call.

Education Graduate 2011, degree in Criminal justice degree. Cal State LA alumni.

Max Shifrin

Sr Executive Recruiter

As a native of Seattle, Max relocated to Los Angeles in 2014 after receiving his B.S. in Finance from University of Maryland with a minor in Philosophy.  He immediately joined the staffing and recruiting industry following graduation and in 2 years became a Top Performer and President’s Club winner, and the youngest branch manager in the company’s history.  His experience spans all professional services including Finance, Accounting, and IT.  Max loves working with an eclectic group of companies and candidates and enjoys laughing with his business partners and making them feel loved and supported.  Prior to entering the staffing industry, Max worked in Costco’s corporate headquarters in Seattle performing accounting. 

Lily Mirhashemi

Sr Executive Recruiter

After living abroad and Denver, Lily moved to SoCal where she graduated magna cum laude in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. She began her career at a top regional public accounting firm in Orange County. She quickly realized that she would rather think about the IRS only once a year. 

She later joined the staffing industry where she discovered she had a knack for recruiting. While at this firm, she recruited for all levels in accounting, finance, mortgage from staff to c-suite executive positions. She soon became one of the top recruiters at her firm. Lily prides herself on fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates while providing extreme service. She enjoys helping her clients build high performing teams and excels at filling the most challenging positions by bringing passive candidates to the table. Clients and candidate enjoy working with Lily because she is dedicated and honest. 

Alex Milton

As a native of the UK, Alex worked as a Finance Manager before joining the Executive search and staffing industry back in 2015. He excels at helping hyper-growth and startups companies attract top tier talent. Alex specializes in all aspects of Accounting, Finance and Operations, and truly believes in developing long term relationships with everyone. He has a successful track record in partnering with VCs, Founders and Execs to build high performing teams, and is an expert at filling niche roles quickly with talent that adds immediate value. Alex always goes above and beyond and delivers top levels of service maximizing growth strategies. Clients and candidates enjoy partnering with him due to his passion, knowledge, and outgoing nature.


Brittney Kashou

Brittney joined The Hiring Advisors as an Executive Recruiter in June 2023. A Southern California native, she moved to Boston in 2017 to pursue a career in the staffing industry. After finding success filling Software Sales, IT, and Cybersecurity positions in the Northeast, Tri-State, and Bay Area markets, she then had the opportunity to expand into the Finance and Accounting world and apply her strategic vision and process to be the bridge between qualified candidates and clients. Her diverse industry experience has given her a unique perspective and allowed her to build strong long-term relationships while advising companies on the creation of their company culture through strategic hiring.
