Each candidate we represent, whether found through our extensive network, referrals or through an organic search, meets face to face with an advisor. Additionally, each candidate is tested on their aptitude and personality match to the job.
After sourcing, testing and meeting with each candidate, we provide unique candidate aptitude and personality assessments for each candidate – and not the tired old Kinecta tests – but rather a comprehensive analysis and summary in conjunction with a resume.
Comprehensive reviews & scheduling assistance
We set follow up conference calls in order to review each candidate. We dig into the details and provide personal insights. Upon review and narrowing the selection, clients simply provide their schedules, and we do the rest – step by step until first day of employment.
Negotiation & making an offer
We work with you to determine the appropriate compensation package, review candidate demands, competing offers, and to make recommendations on what is best for both parties.
We routinely check in with both the client and candidate well after placement to ensure all expectations are being met, both parties are happy and no issues have arisen. When forming a long-term business partnership, we aim for full transparency and thoroughness.
